Care grounded in knowledge and respect.

Bringing together neuroscience, NDIS experience, and cultural understanding for Melbourne families.

Our Story

Sunnyside was founded in 2025 to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and cultural safety in disability support. With a background in neuroscience and extensive experience as a National Disability Insurance Scheme Support Coordinator, our founding team understands both complex needs and the realities families face every day.

Experience as an issues resolution specialist at the Department of Social Services shapes how we advocate, problem‑solve, and communicate. We bring that same standard of professional integrity to every conversation, always aiming to make the system feel less overwhelming and more human.

Our approach to care

Our approach is simple: fewer clients, deeper relationships, and care that fits your life.

Quality over quantity

We intentionally manage our capacity so every family receives the time and attention they deserve.

Consistency matters

Wherever possible, you see the same workers, building trust and routine over time.

Cultural safety at the centre
